We are David Espinoza Tree Service, a local crew that works the Hill Country around Lago Vista, Jonestown, Point Venture, and the surrounding communities. The properties here sit on rocky limestone ridges, steep slopes, and cedar breaks, with live oaks, junipers, and Ashe junipers that need careful handling. Many homes are set back on narrow access drives or tight lots near the lake, so every job has to fit the land. We know these roads and these trees because we live here. Our crew shows up ready for the terrain, the soil, and the weather that comes with central Texas, and we treat every yard like it is our own neighborhood.

When you call us, we start by asking what you see and what concerns you have about the tree. We listen for things like lean, deadwood, or branches over a structure. Then we schedule a time to look at the tree in person. On site we walk the property, check the trunk, the root flare, the canopy, and the ground around the base. We look at access for our equipment and any obstacles like fences, power lines, or septic fields. After that we explain what we recommend, why, and what the work will involve. You get a clear quote that lays out the scope. No pressure, no surprises.

We use sharp saws and proper rigging to make clean cuts that heal well. For pruning we follow the natural branch collar and avoid flush cuts or leaving stubs. For removals we section the tree down with ropes to protect what is below. Stump grinding goes below grade to prevent regrowth and tripping hazards. We use chippers to process brush on site and haul away the debris. The difference between work that holds up and work that does not is in the cuts, the angles, and the attention to the tree's structure. We do not rush a cut just to get done. Every branch has a reason for being removed or left alone.
